My own wedding day felt like it went so quickly, I hardly had time to even look at everything I'd so carefully planned!

Your guests will be enthralled as they watch your painting come to life from start to finish! They are more than welcome to come talk with me as I work, and maybe even paint a stroke or two!
Before your wedding, we will talk all about your vision for your painting! I want to know about your love story, your wedding style, and all of the details and moments that are most important to you.

Your Painting Package always includes:
- An original oil painting on linen canvas, with UV protectant varnish

- A consultation to get to know each other and discuss your vision
- Up to 6 hours of on-site live painting

After the event, I add a layer of UV protectant varnish to keep your painting looking beautiful as time goes on!
I paint with oils - I love the texture, shine, and "painterly" feel they have!
I use linen canvas because of its smoothness and durability over time.
This is the fun part - we can be creative! Many couples choose to have their ceremony or first dance painted.
If you have a pose or photo you love, I can use that with your venue as the background.
Your painting can be simple, or we can include whatever special details you'd like!
All I need is a space of about 4 x 6 square feet to set up. I will bring my own portable easel and materials!
Depending on the venue and timing, I will come to set up an hour or two before the event so that I can set up and begin my sketch.
We can work together to find a space where I am not in the way, but available for guests to watch.
As a special touch, I also love to bring flowers to place on my easel that match your event!
Yes! This is one thing that makes a live wedding painting extra special. I will paint up to four additional people or pets for no charge.
Ceremonies make beautiful paintings! If you'd like your ceremony painted, I will need to arrive early so that I can paint the background. I will take reference photos, then continue the painting throughout the reception.
After the wedding, I take the painting to my home studio to add finishing touches, then varnish it with UV protectant coating. I will hand deliver it to you if you are local, or ship it to you within two weeks.
Yes! I offer bouquet paintings, as well as custom paintings for your save-the-dates, thank-you cards, keepsakes, or gifts, starting at $300.
